Mental Control

The first step to gaining control over your ejaculation is to develop control over the mental triggers of premature ejaculation.

It might surprise you how what's going on in your head radically affects your sex life and when you ejaculate. While fixing this part of the problem may sound easy, it’s not if you don’t understand some very important factors. The good news is I’m going to show you some powerful techniques that will give you total control over these various mental triggers that are sabotaging your sex life.

Natural chemicals released in the body contribute to premature ejaculation. This is because certain chemical reactions in the body cause emotions and affect your mental state. These reactions put your body and mind in a state where it feels it needs to ejaculate (a survival of the species reaction). Two of those key chemicals are Dopamine and Serotonin and both play an important role in your ejaculatory reflex.

It’s important to understand that when you have high levels of Dopamine and Testosterone (more common in younger males) this contributes to premature ejaculation.

On the flip side, high levels of Serotonin do the opposite. In fact Serotonin is proven to help delay the ejaculation process. But as you can imagine, maintaining a low Dopamine level while maintaining a high Serotonin level during sex is tricky. And there’s a good reason for that.

Dopamine flows abundantly during sex because it’s a hormone associated with excitement while Serotonin does the opposite because of sexual anxiety and other emotions. So in part, what I’m going to do is give you a key to help boost your Serotonin levels. Developing the mindset that will delay ejaculation and give you better control isn't the hardest thing to achieve, but it's a blind path that will only worsen if you don't understand some key principles and information.



It's important to understand how the mind works in regards to the ejaculatory reflex. Chances are if you have premature ejaculation, you are unknowingly doing things mentally that are contributing to your case.



Physical Control

This brings me to the second prong, which is just as important and involves some key aspects on the physical level that’ll totally turn the tables on this problem. Here’s how it works.

The ejaculatory reflex is like any other reflex or body response. It can be trained, altered, and controlled. Right now your ejaculatory reflex and Glans (the Penis head) can only handle so much stimulation before it triggers your ejaculation response. There's nothing wrong with you, it's just the way your body is currently wired. All you need to do is “re-wire” this process by following the precise plan I've laid out for you.

This is possible by performing various techniques, changing some of your habits, and applying some important principles that can literally program your ejaculatory reflex to be less hyper active so it can endure prolonged stimulation. This is VERY IMPORTANT for long term success, and is where every other program or product miserably fails.

This will also involve various breathing techniques that calm arousal and delay the ejaculation process, which is super effective just by itself.

It's not so much exercising them like many people say, but rather knowing how to use them correctly when controlling ejaculation. These muscles can be used both to control ejaculation and to delay it. It's important to understand that these same muscles can also CAUSE premature ejaculation. This is why it's absolutely critical that you know exactly what you're doing when using (and not using) these muscles, or your problem could get worse.



Some purported experts are flat out teaching the wrong information about these muscles, many are even teaching information about the wrong muscles! This could spell big problems in your efforts to overcome premature ejaculation.

The physical aspect of ejaculation control also involves various breathing techniques that calm arousal and delay the ejaculation process, which is super effective just by itself.
